We would highly recommend going easy on your use of sidebars.\u00a0 90% of the time, they’re garbage<\/a> anyway.\u00a0 The other 10% of the time, they have value but they get in the way of viewing the real content of your page on mobile and tablet devices.<\/p>\n

For the most part, Bootplate will hide sidebars on any devices smaller than your average laptop (in CSS-speak that’s .hidden-md-down<\/code>).<\/p>\n

You can always change this behavior in CSS or removing those classes in your Child theme<\/a>.<\/p>\n
